Explore Our Three Separate

Hunting Locations

We currently offer three separate hunting locations although we are always looking to add to our existing pieces and acquire different areas to hunt. Always having changing landscapes and different herds is a large appeal for our operation. Who likes to fish on the same pond every day, right? Our exotics are not on the same grounds as our native species, ensuring we keep the most natural environment to hunt in.

Heavily Managed Whitetail Only

Whitetail Ridge

The Whitetail Ridge property is a very strictly managed whitetail property. We occasionally hunt upland birds on this ranch but everything is focused around having the best whitetail habitat possible. We have managed and introduced very selective genetics from the start with high expectations. The property is a wonderful mix of northeastern hardwoods up and over the mountain with lush agricultural fields at the west side base. Whether you prefer spot and stalk, traditional tree stands, or blinds, we have them all. One of our hunters’ favorite spots is in the blind overlooking the pond (stocked with perch and crappie). There’s nothing like watching the steam rise off the water as the day begins in hopes of seeing your dream buck walk through. Corn, alfalfa, soybeans, clovers, brassicas, and other seasonal crops are mixed throughout our fields that range in size from ¼ acre to 8-10 acres. For those of you looking for massive bucks in a true northeast setting, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Whitetail & elk

White Creek Forest

White Creek Forest is our Elk and Whitetail hunting location. We have some agriculture on this ranch but it is mostly wooded with varying terrain. From the ledges to the ski slope, a drive by the dry pond, up the hill to the mountain top, sitting in a blind at the lookout, calling Elk through the wooded park, the pines by the cabin, stalking down to the point—although this acreage can be challenging, it truly is quite the experience and a lot of fun. To top it off, this ranch offers an Off-Grid Cabin so if you’re looking for the wilderness feel, we can certainly accommodate.

Fallow & Sika Deer

Majestic Hills

This is our exotic area where we hunt trophy fallow and two different sika deer. Majestic Hills is a very unique area to hunt. This is a very diverse terrain from wide-open spaces to thick swampy timber.

On the west side of the ranch you have mostly agriculture fields with hedge rows and small tree out croppings. This is where our long range rifle course is. We made a kill shot at 609 yards on a fallow deer in the fall of 2019. Currently our furtherst shot/kill.

On the east side of the ranch we are semi-open down to the creek bottom and then heavily timbered up the hillside. Here you will find our bass pond. If you’re lucky, when you look across the pond while fishing you might catch a monster buck/stag walking through.

"You can spot and stalk the thick hilly stuff or sit in several comfortable blinds and watch the fields and pasture.
