While these ranches are our foundation, we are always looking to expand, acquiring new lands to hunt and diversify our landscapes. The changing terrains and shifting herds are a key part of what makes our operation so appealing. After all, variety is what keeps hunting exciting, and no two seasons are ever the same.
Heavily Managed Whitetail
Whitetail Ridge
Whitetail Ridge is one of our most strictly managed properties, dedicated entirely to creating the best possible whitetail habitat. From the start, we’ve introduced selective genetics and set high expectations for quality, ensuring this ranch offers exceptional whitetail hunting.
This property features a stunning mix of northeastern hardwoods, rolling over the mountain, and lush agricultural fields at the western base. Whether you prefer spot and stalk, traditional tree stands, or blinds, we offer various options to suit your style. One of our hunters’ favorite spots is a blind overlooking a pond, stocked with perch and crappie. There’s nothing like watching the steam rise off the water at dawn while waiting for your dream buck to step into view.
Our fields, ranging in size from 1/4 acre to 8-10 acres, are planted with a variety of season crops – corn, alfalfa, soybeans, clover, brassicas, and more – ensuring a year-round food source for the deer.

White Creek Forest is one of our premier hunting locations, offering both elk and whitetail hunting across a vast, mostly wooded landscape with varied terrain. While there is some agriculture on the property, its true appeal lies in its natural diversity – from the rocky ledges and ski slopes to the dense wooded parks and towering pines.
Whether you’re stalking down to the point, calling elk through the forest, sitting in a blind at the lookout, or enjoying the drive past the dry pond and up to the mountaintop, every corner of this ranch provides a unique hunting experience. Though the terrain can be challenging, it’s what makes this property so thrilling and rewarding.
For those seeking a true wilderness experience, White Creek Forest also features an Off-Grid Cabin, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in nature while still enjoying a comfortable, rustic retreat.
